What are my shipping options?
Shipments take 4 to 8 business days to arrive. All shipments are processed via e-Packet or EMS. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

What will the duties and taxes on my order be?
Please note that product prices do not include duties and taxes.
Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities, Tax rates are set by the destination country.
Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
No. You will be provided with a guaranteed order total in your local currency. The order total presented will be the exact amount that you will be billed. There will never be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as COD charges.
How do I return an item?
J-mosaic gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased by online for full refund within 14 days of original purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, email [email protected] or fax 81 + 3 6683 3751 to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization, which is required to process a return.
Team Stuff will provide you with instructions on where returns should be shipped. If you choose to return an item, will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Please note that you will still be responsible for any shipping charges.
